Routes are divided into visual rules (VR) and instrument rules (IR, at night and in poor weather conditions). This layer contains military training routes (MTR) with a floor elevation of 1,001 ft to 1,500 ft. This layer is a member of the "Military" feature dataset, which contains layers related to military installations and flight training areas in the state of New Mexico.
