Service Description: The NCICS Climate Change Models are downscaled data from the Third Annual Climate Assessment report - http://nca2014.globalchange.gov/report/our-changing-climate found at the NOAA’s North Carolina Institute for Climate Studies. 2012 climate change meetings, created data for US, resampled for NM. Original data 5x5 degree blocks. The precipitation change data are in percent change for each season from 1970-1999 averages to 2071-2099 based on multi-model means (Derived from Figure 2-14).
